The Municipality of Tublay received a gift of knowledge in August 2025 as UC Center for Social Responsibility, through Project H.E.L.E.N. led by Dr. Rhodora A. Ngolob, Vice President for Administration and Student Services, formally turned over 2,660 assorted books to 19 elementary schools.

The turned over books came from the Children International Philippines, Inc.

Tublay Mayor Atty. Juan L. Esnara expressed heartfelt gratitude, calling the donation a vital investment in the future of Tublay’s learners. Ms. Claire W. Felipe, Public School District In-Charge of DepEd Tublay, also extended thanks, noting how the books would enrich classrooms across the municipality.

Dr. Ngolob highlighted the enduring partnership between the University and the local government before formally sealing the donation through the signing of a Deed of Donation.
