Dr. Alice Yang, Director of Special International Programs, along with esteemed professors Dr. Liza Erpelo, specializing in English and Filipino American Literature, and Dr. Rod Magbual, an expert in Ethnic Studies, from Skyline College in San Bruno, California, met with officials from UC.

The meeting aimed to explore the potential for UC to host American students participating in the Skyline College Summer Program in July 2024.

Following the productive discussion, a campus tour was arranged for the visiting officials from Skyline College, providing them with a firsthand experience of UC’s facilities and amenities.

The meeting and site visit happened in March 2024.
