The Megawide Foundation, led by Atty. Carmela Andal-Castro, formally forged a partnership with the University of the Cordilleras, headed by President Dr. Nancy M. Flores, through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement on April 30, 2026.

The initiative will provide scholarships to selected students of the UC College of Accountancy.

Scholars will undergo leadership training and company exposure activities throughout their college years, equipping them with both technical competence and professional readiness. The initiative also guarantees a one-year Cadetship Program with Megawide companies after graduation, offering hands-on industry experience alongside competitive compensation.
