The University of the Cordilleras (UC) shared its ICT expertise and digital transformation practices with Apayao State College (ASC) during a technical knowledge exchange on August 19, 2026.

The engagement brought together UC and ASC-ICTU personnel to discuss artificial intelligence, enterprise information systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud and on-premises computing, and emerging technologies supporting academic and institutional operations.

UC also provided the ASC-ICTU delegation with an operational view of its digital infrastructure through visits to its ICT laboratories, server facilities, network infrastructure, and network backbone. Discussions highlighted UCโ€™s deployment of AI and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies for teaching and learning, research, innovation, and institutional services.

UC personnel was led by Dr. Nancy M. Flores, while the ASC delegation was led by ASC President Dr. Emmanuel P. Pattaguan.
