Dr. Sibayan earned her Master of Arts in Education in 2019 and Doctor of Philosophy in Education in 2023 from UC. She currently serves as Assistant School Head Designate and Master Teacher I at San Fernando South Central Integrated School.
Under the Fulbright program, Dr. Sibayan will be hosted by the University of Rochester in New York, USA, providing her with opportunities for professional development, academic exchange, and engagement with the U.S. education sector.
