To advance Sustainable Development initiatives through good governance, Project H.E.L.E.N. organized a lecture-orientation for 22 members of the Federation ng mga Lupon Tagapamayapa ng Barangay (FELUTAB)– Baguio City Federation on March 21, 2024, at UC.

During the session, participants, with the aim of enhancing the welfare of their respective communities, identified and deliberated on key community concerns, guided by facilitators Atty. Paolo Salvosa, UC Strategic Planning consultant, and UC VPASS Dr. Rhodora Ngolob.
