Three Grade 11 STEM students from UC Integrated School won major awards from the Hong Kong International Computational Olympiad (HKICO) Final Round held online in June 2024. Dave Yuri I. Jimenez earned a Silver Award, while Leslie Ann C. Bernardo and Princess Laralei Palaruan received Merit Awards.

Earlier in April 2024, the same students also won Silver Awards during the HKICO Heat Round.

The HKICO is an annual global competition that tests the students’ proficiency in modern programming languages such as Scratch, Blockly, and Python.
