Team BYTEFORCE comprising of Raphael H. Rosete, Ken Angelo T. Obar, Matthew Rafael D. Dayon, Ian Emmanuel Bernardo, James Dacanay, and John Reyan Hurboda from UC College of Engineering and Architecture emerged as champions during the 2025 Regional CpE Challenge – E-Games Competition, defeating rival universities from the Cordillera Administrative Region.

The team, sweeping the round-robin tournament with an impressive 3-0 record secured their spot in the upcoming National CpE Challenge later this year.

The UC CpE Department livestreamed the competition via the ICpEP.se – UC Facebook page, drawing significant online attention with over 3,900 views from January 9 to 10, 2025. This milestone not only highlighted BYTEFORCE’s triumph but also marked a new chapter in promoting UC’s digital engagement within the region.
