Rasbemae M. Sapitula, a student from the College of Teacher Education (CTE), earned 5th Place in English Feature Writing and 6th Place in English Poetry Writing at the Luzonwide Higher Education Press Conference (LHEPC) held from April 2 to 4, 2025 in Quezon.

Sapitula, a member of The Alternative – the official student media and publication of the University, represented UC against student journalists from eight regions across Luzon.
