UC ranks 2nd in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) in the Alper-Doger Scientific Index, reaffirming its growing footprint in research productivity and scholarly impact. On the national scale, UC placed 104th out of 342 higher education institutions in the Philippines.
This is based on the results released by Alper-Doger Scientific Index in January 2026.
This achievement aligns with the UN SDGs, particularly SDG 4 through the strengthening of research-led instruction and knowledge production; SDG 9 by advancing innovation and evidence-based solutions through scientific inquiry; and SDG 17 by reinforcing research collaborations and international academic engagement.
