The Project G4RS Dashboard, a research initiative of UC led by Engr. Nathaniel Lubrica and funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), served as the focal point during a workshop and project implementation session on February 4, 2026, at the Smart City Command Center, Baguio City Convention Center. The activity gathered stakeholders to advance efficient, data-driven planning, monitoring, and reporting.

The activity gathered key officials from the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), led by City Director PCOL Ruel D. Tagel and Traffic Enforcement Unit Chief PMAJ James Allen S. Dogao, alongside other BCPO personnel and representatives from the City Engineering Office.

Through system demonstrations and hands-on exercises, participants were oriented on the objectives, features, and functionalities of the Project G4RS Dashboard. The session also served as a platform for discussions on operational workflows, defined roles and responsibilities, and inter-agency coordination.

The workshop concluded with the identification of concrete action points and implementation strategies to ensure the effective and sustainable rollout of Project G4RS.
