A total of 688 graduating students and alumni participated in the UCian Job Fair held at the UC Gymnasium on January 30, 2026.

The event, led by the UC Career and Alumni Connection Center, advanced graduate employability by providing direct access to employment and internship opportunities while strengthening partnerships between the University and industry stakeholders.

Twenty organizations offered career opportunities across various sectors, enabling participants to engage directly with potential employers. In support of workforce readiness, government agencies, including the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Pag-IBIG Fund, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and Social Security System (SSS), provided on-site assistance for membership registration and information updates, facilitating compliance with employment requirements.

The job fair was organized in partnership with Lahat Jobs OPC, in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employmentโ€“Cordillera Administrative Region (DOLE-CAR) and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Baguio.
