Senior high school student journalists from UC Integrated School delivered a strong showing at the recent Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) held from February 6 to 8, earning multiple awards and a regional berth.

In the Newspaper Category, The Verdant Lens, the official student publication of UC Senior High School Department, placed 9th in Editorial Page, 4th in Feature Page, and 3rd in Layouting, qualifying the team for the Regional Schools Press Conference in Abra.

The school also secured 2nd place in the Collaborative Desktop Publishing Contest, a group event competed in by Dlaneiram Q. Macadangdang, Edgardo III Dupo, Kate Nucasa, Erica Jill Garcia, Vyckrntz Solimen, and Zia Nicole Luzon.

4th place- News Writing: Princess Paz Feken

4th place- Editorial Writing: Camille Grace Pilawen

4th place- Feature Writing: Maegan Muรฑoz

4th place- Science and Technology Writing: Zamia Quiros

4th place- Mobile Journalism: Princess Avelino
