A total of 23 students from Baguio City High School completed an 80-hour work immersion program from January 21 to February 6, 2026, at UC through the Center for Social Responsibilityโs Project H.E.L.E.N.
The interns from the ABM and HUMSS strands were deployed to various Administration and Student Services offices, where they gained hands-on experience in workplace operations and applied classroom learning to real tasks. Orientation, mentoring sessions, and evaluations, guided the immersion.
10 interns also completed a Basic Life Support, First Aid, and Fire Safety crash course conducted in partnership with the UC Occupational Safety and Health Office.
