The Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines (ICpEP) Advanced Level Engineer Orientation-Seminar and Writeshop convened engineering professionals on July 4, 2026, at the University of the Cordilleras. The program focused on international engineering credentialing, competency validation, and global professional mobility.

Organized by ICpEP in collaboration with the Philippine Technological Council Global–Middle East and North Africa Region–Oman Affairs, the event equipped participants with the competencies and strategic guidance required for registration under the ASEAN Engineer Registry, APEC Engineer Register, and International Professional Engineer Register.

Welcoming the participants, Dr. Nancy M. Flores, UC President, reaffirmed the University’s commitment to academic excellence, internationalization, and the continuous advancement of engineering professionals. Engr. Desiderio R. Apag III, CHED Commissioner and ICpEP National President, underscored the significance of globally benchmarked engineering competencies, cross-border professional mobility, and internationally recognized credentials.
