The University of the Cordilleras strengthened its commitment to the effective implementation of the Reserve Officersโ€™ Training Corps (ROTC) program through a partnership with the UC-Philippine Air Force (PAF) ROTC Training Staff. A courtesy between the two institutions was conducted on July 28, 2026.

Organized by UC-CCJE and the 243rd Department of Military Science and Tactics, the activity formally introduced the newly designated ROTC Training Staff to the University administration in preparation for the First Semester of School Year 2026โ€“2027. The gathering also provided an avenue to reinforce communication, institutional coordination, and professional working relationships between the ROTC Training Staff and University officials.

Representing UC were President Dr. Nancy M. Flores, VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Ariel Nimo B. Pumecha, Dean for CCJE Dr. Robino D. Cawi, and ROTC Coordinators headed by Mr. Thomas P. Eguid.
