Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology students were introduced to the INTACT BaseโPhilippines INTENSE Program under Taiwanโs International Industrial Education Special Program (INTENSE) on September 14, 2026.
The orientation familiarized students with scholarship opportunities and academic programs offered by Taiwanese higher education institutions participating in the INTENSE Program. The programs cover key disciplines in STEM, semiconductor technology, and finance.
The initiative provides pathways for cross-border education, academic mobility, and international learning experiences. It also connects students with academic opportunities in fields aligned with emerging industries.
Four Taiwanese universities presented their academic programs and international study opportunities during the activity: I-Shou University, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan Steel University of Science and Technology, and Kun Shan University.
