The University of the Cordilleras formally collaborates with GLOBALTEC Waste Management Inc. on the contract to collect, transport, and dispose of hazardous waste from the University for the Year 2022. This includes electrical equipment, and hazardous waste utilized from the different specialized laboratories.

Following this, the purchasing team solicits quotations and other documentary requirements to facilitate a comprehensive comparison. Following a thorough review, the Building and Maintenance Committee recommends awarding the project to the chosen supplier. The endorsement is reviewed further by the Finance and Purchasing Department before it is approved and finally awarded to the chosen supplier. The entire procurement process, commencing with the initial request and culminating in the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement and acceptance by the end user.
