UCs’ Project H.E.L.E.N (Health, Education, Livelihood, Environment, and Nurturance), in partnership with the UC colleges, launched ‘Tabtaval shi Tublay’ in the Municipality of Tublay, Benguet; held at the Agriculture Building located in Caponga, from August 18 to 19, 2022.

The 2-day educational kumustahan program aimed to empower the community.

Topics rendered were the following: Covid-19 Safety & Health Protocols by CON, Mental Health Awareness & Coping Skills by CAS, Basic Parental Education by CTE, Sandok Kawali: Livelihood Lecture by CHTM, Effective Values Formation & Cultural Sensitivity Factors by CCJE, Solid Waste Management & Environmental Protection by CEA, Basic Financial Management by COA, Basic Computer Literacy by CITCS, Business & Technology Transfer Opportunities by INTTO, and the SWOT Process by CBA.
