Kapatiran ng mga Empleyado ng University of the Cordilleras (KEUC) President Cecilia K. Pogongan with the UC Executive Council headed by President Nancy M. Flores had a successful renegotiation of the Labor Management Cooperation on November 8, 2022.

The discussions on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) had led to the improvement of the University’s capacity to consistently offer benefits to its employees. This includes enhanced retirement benefits, higher longevity pays, clothing allowances, signing bonuses, advisor honorariums, and the inclusion of two additional days of service incentive leave for eligible employees.

The renegotiated CBA was set to take effect from November 8, 2023, to November 7,2024, benefiting a total of 690 teaching and non-teaching personnel starting from its implementation.
