Zoeui Mikaella S. Manangan, BS Hospitality Management major in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, UC CHTM, emerged as 1st Runner-Up out of the six finalists from 855 participants during the Bacardi U-Mix National Student Competition on April 11, 2023, held in Makati.

Organized by Bacardi Ph, PHL BAR PRO, and Monin Ph. Bacardi U-Mix, the competition was a mixology contest that aimed to showcase students with exceptional talents in “talking/ interactive bartending” and to search for the ultimate cocktail.

Zoeui was coached by Mr. Lloyd C. Diawan, UC CHTM faculty member.
