Ninety-six (96) CCJE student-interns underwent a two-day intensive training on The Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) conducted by the Department of Tourism – Cordillera Administrative Region (DOT – CAR) in partnership with UC CHTM in April 2023 at UC.
Awarded a national certificate on FBSE, the CCJE student-interns are now part of DOTโs 100 000 reskilled tourism frontliners, nationwide, who shall provide excellent service to tourists the Filipino way.
